Corporate Social Responsability

"Corporate Social Responsibility is the continuing commitment by business to behave ethically and contribute to economic development while improving the quality of life of the workforce and their families as well as of the local community and society at large"

Nova Silva and its staff members are conscious of their environment. Just as we assist our clients to grow, we also do this with the tropical rain forest. We work together with the International Tree Fund (ITF) to achieve this. The ITF is a Dutch volunteer organisation which works for the preservation, management and recovery of forests, in relation to the well-being of the people who live in and near the forests.

Nova Silva supports this project by buying the so-called ‘tree certificates’ for every day that we are active for our clients. A tree is planted in the corridor near Carara in Costa Rica for each certificate bought.
