This is the privacy policy of Nova Silva B.V. (Zoelen, Chamber of Commerce no. 11070282). It describes which personal data we process, for what purposes, and what measures we take to comply with the GDPR. This policy does not apply to employees, temporary workers, interns or applicants.

1. Use of personal data

We process personal data when you are a contact person of a supplier or customer, sign up for our newsletter, contact us via the website or directly, share contact details at meetings, register for an event or training, or place or use an order with us.

We collect: name, address, email address, phone number, bank account number (for invoicing), preferences, and job title.

We use this data to invoice products or services, process orders, send newsletters, maintain contact with you, and invite you to events and trainings.

2. Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous statistics (pages visited, time on site, device/browser type). IP addresses are anonymised. 3. Your rights

We use your data only for the stated purposes and apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to keep it secure.

5. Third parties

We do not sell, rent or share your data commercially with third parties, except as described here or with your prior consent. We may publish photos from our events on our website unless you object (see section 3).

6. Retention

We retain your data no longer than necessary for the stated purpose or as required by law.
